Please know, that I am a fan of Ms. Jewel and respect that there is clearly talent here. I can't imagine the time and dedication, as well as thick skin it must take to listen to readers such as myself criticize what is obviously the writer's baby. Having said that, I did pay for this product and just would like to give my honest opinion. I have liked this series but it is not without flaws and this 3rd installment was my least favorite. Maybe it was because the first book was about Jackson's daughter and in my mind I couldn't get beyond a picture in my head of an older, fatherly, gray haired biker. This image, coupled with the description of the heroine in this story as the fairy - pixie - virgin...just put me off. I don't know what is was but I found it uncomfortable that in the beginning, Serenity was described as looking like she was barely 18. And her name was Serenity which just kept reinforcing the young thing. This all colored my view and just couldn't shake the weirdness I felt about this couple. I must say that I discovered Kristin Ashley within the last year, fell in love with her particular writing style and purchased nearly everything she had to offer. It made me look for some other MC books. I see some similarities here but not quite the polish. But definitely a promising start and I would recommend because I think Ms. Jewel will only improve.

I like Bella Jewel's writing style.  Her books have action/alpha males/minimal angst women/relationships/steamy scenes and lots of fun banter.  Jackson is a sweet alpha biker and Serenity drove me nuts! I agree with Bella's note in the preface of the book, I kept wanting to smack Serenity down because she kept making such ignorant decisions.  It's a good read and one click worthy.
What I did like I like visiting with old friends, especially Addi and Cade and Ciara and Spike.
Getting back to the club and finally seeing Jackson find some one.

That being said..........

Serenity What a stupid DUMB a*** heroine. Heroine?? Wrong word. I think I will refer to her as dumb a**. Jackson, Jackson my man, you run a club. Where are your brains? Oh yeah I forgot,,in your pants.
Here is a young girl who's father is "beating the crap out of her" to the point of very serious injury. She is sent into Jackson's MC to get info so her father's MC can destroy it. Under the threat of more beatings. Ok I can see you doing what your told.

Until...........You find out the people are kind and are willing to help you. Maybe not right away but after a little while. You even say it in your head. You see other women being treated well. Being treated with respect. Outrage at the abuse you have received. Jackson yells about your abuse and you tremble. Are you kidding me? Yet they have to find you out before you admit your there to screw them over. Nothing will change my opinion about you being the dumbest heroine in history. I think I will stick by my dad, screw over people that are good to me and spend my life getting beat. Yeah Yeah that sounds like a good idea. I like this series bus Serenity is on my TSTL list. BTW the menage was uncalled for in this story because coming from the" horrible man" and home she came from.....she not only looked dumb but like a dumb club whore" Well if you can tell I didn't like her much. I will accept her for Jackson's sake lol. I also notice in other books the third guy doesn't let her forget that menage either. Live with that Serenity.
I really liked the first book in this series and could tell from that debut novel that Ms. Bella Jewel was very talented. The second in the series had too much angst between the couple and rarely any happy moments, so I didn't enjoy that one as much. I finally decided to finish the series and I'm so glad I did! I loved Jackson from the first book, and liked Serenity from almost the beginning of this one. Her father is a brutal man and threatens the life of a child she loves if she doesn't spy on a rival gang. She's left with little choice, and in the end I know I would have made the same decision. She regrets what she has to do, and tries her best to find a solution to her dilemma but gets beat up (literally and figuratively) in the process, so I felt for her.

There is a huge age difference (25 & 40) which normally would have bothered me but this time didn't. I guess because of the life she's lived, Serenity didn't feel that much younger to my mind. The book is highly erotic so be prepared for some hot scenes! This one does have a m/f/m menage with Jackson, Serenity and another biker just so you know. Jackson is faithful which I was grateful for but is rarely seen in MC romances, and it just made me love him all the more. I will say he turns into a jerk for a short time when he finds out about Serenity's duplicity, but I could understand his hurt so I didn't hold it against him. It was nice to see all the characters from the first two books, especially Jackson's daughter Addison whom I loved!

Overall I thought this was a good, strong series that I would recommend to any who enjoy motorcycle club romances. The characters are down-to-earth, likable, and made me laugh and smile throughout. There were even a few moments where my eyes teared up for some of the pain Serenity goes through. The story was fast paced and entertaining with nary a dull moment in between. "Knights Sinner' was an enjoyable read by a very promising author that I will definitely be reading more from in the future! FYI, although this is considered the end to the series, Ms. Jewel has released a short Christmas novella about Muff (the third in the menage) so I guess it's not quite the end of the line for these folks yet =)
